bitch who twists everything, hypocritical, you name it, she's got it.
firstly, she bought a vintage retro tv watch from us.
when the stocks arrived, i had my helper check them as usual. everything was fine.
and then, when she received hers, lo and beyond, she claimed the strap was broken and the watch was not even working! WITHOUT EVEN ATTEMPTING TO CLARIFY OR ASK, she IMMEDIATELY HURLED SCOLDINGS AT ME THROUGH SMS! as though that was not enough, she even scolded me for being late for ten minutes.
i was obviously shocked over how she said the watch was damaged (first time a product of ours happened to be that way) when my helper did not report anything to me and said all were fine. i APOLOGISED TO HER, and told her i did not understand why this occurred, but look what she said on her blogshop? - LOL, I BLAMED EVERYTHING ON HER! wow, little fucker, do you not know english? awww, you think you can get away with the distorted truth? here's the email i sent, my dear:

(i do not see why her watch, and only hers, is in such a state when my helper checked thoroughly, as well. but her tone and her fucking knack for twisting things even after an apology completely washed off any thought of giving her a refund, awww, how sad.)
well, complete opposite much? also, regarding the lateness (which was just a measly TEN MINUTES, FYI, i dont even charge my customers until they exceed 15-20min), i explained to her that my tutor had delayed class and i fucking RAN all the way just so i could meet her friend, not to say bargained with my tutor to release early. as a blogshop owner herself she surely does not expect everyone to be ON THE DOT PUNCTUAL AT ALL TIMES, no?
if that's not enough, SHE HERSELF WAS LATE FOR AROUND THAT TIME AS WELL, when meeting me up for the first time; but did i KICK UP A FUSS, and HOUND HER FOR BEING AN ''IRRESPONSIBLE'' BLOGSHOP OWNER? no! she even said she ''can understand'' that i had low prepaid and couldnt contact her, when in fact she scolded me like shit. what a fucked up hypocrite; people like you disgust me the most. she REFUSED to be even a tad understanding and kept being a bitch despite my repeated apologies and explanations. hmm, wonder how her customers deal with such a hard hearted seller. (:
PS: lol, btw, i think she's some supernatural indulgent freak or something, she keeps on ranting about karma and ILLUSIONS without fail, im so scaredddddd. *rolls eyes* what a freak.
PPS: my dear, the only reasons why i have a ''whole chunk'' of blacklists is because 1) fucktards like you exist, and 2) i have more business, or at least more incoming deals, than your pathetic one over there. (:
