REASON FOR BLACKLISTING: backed out.
sent in order form for hair curlers, delayed payment, made me pay for her instead, and promised to collect it and pay me back once it was may as her exams would have ended.
i waited until the second week of may, didn't hear from her, and in the end smsed to enquire.
she told me she was very sorry, and wanted to freaking delay meeting up again. -.-
so i told her off, and in the end she told me she would post out the money for the hair curler and meet me up to collect it another day. i agreed. it's been around one month since she told me she would mail the money out, and i haven't received anything, haven't heard from her either.
